Disbursement of public investment capital through State Treasury tops VND 304.8 thousand billion

VCN – The State Treasury (State Treasury) plans to cumulatively disburse public investment capital through the State Treasury by October 31 reaching 67.2%.

According to the State Treasury, the expected cumulative disbursement of investment capital through the State Treasury to 31/10/2020 under the 2020 plan is VND 304.8 thousand billion, 67.2% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister to control expenditures through the State Treasury.

Compared to the same period in 2019, it has increased by VND 90 thousand billion in value, up 12.6% compared to the capital plan assigned by the Prime Minister to control expenditure through the State Treasury and equal to 59.4% of the capital plan allocated by the PM and the provincial People's Committee assigned to control expenditure through the State Treasury (plan of VND 512,779.8 billion).

The disbursement of State capital is VND 283.1 thousand billion (equivalent to 67% of the plan assigned by the Prime Minister). In particular, domestic capital disbursement is 264.5 thousand billion VND (71.6% of the plan); the controlled foreign capital and certified through the State Treasury as a basis for foreign capital withdrawal is VND 18.6 thousand billion (35.1% of the plan).

Besides that, the disbursement of the national target programme capital disbursement is VND 18.6 billion (equivalent to 68.2% of the plan) and additional capital outside the disbursement plan is VND 3,058 billion (79.3% of the plan).

Notably, according to the State Treasury, for disbursement of investment capital through the State Treasury under the 2019 plan and extended to 2020, the expected cumulative disbursement until October 31, 2020 via the State Treasury system is VND 44.5 thousand billion (55.7% of the capital plan in 2019 transferred to 2020, which is confirmed to be transferred via the State Treasury system).

The State Treasury is intensifying to direct the provincial State Treasuries to accelerate the disbursement of investment capital at the end of the year, striving to complete the assigned plan at the highest level.
