According to HCM City Customs Department, 4th Zone Seaport Customs Branch has issued a decision to discontinue procedures for imports and exports involving Moscow Champagne Company (No. 5, 16A Street, Bien Hoa II Industrial Park, Bien Hoa, Dong Nai).

The company has owed taxes for many years. Although Customs requested the company to pay tax debts, the company has not yet still paid taxes.

The decision has taken effect from August 24 to August 24, 2023 to implement the Notification No. 3670/TB/TB-HV4 dated December 23 of 4th Zone Seaport Customs Branch on tax debt and fines for late payment interest worth over VND8.2 billion.
