Certification on CITES permit instructed

Specifically, as per instructions from the GDVC, for the place of certifying the actual quantity of imported goods stated in the CITES permit, provincial and municipal customs departments shall instruct customs branches to fill in the actual quantity of imported goods in box No.14 of the CITES permit (adding note the "actual import" next to the phrase "actual export quantity").
Regarding signing and stamping in box No.15, the GDVC guides that after checking the details of customs dossier (for Yellow channel), or conducting physical inspection of goods (for Red channel), if the inspection results are consistent with the permit, customs officials shall certify the information in box No.15 of the CITES permit; sign and stamp in the “Signature” box and submitit to the customs branch’s leader to sign and stamp in the“Official stamp and title” box.
