VCN – The Customs Enforcement Team (Cao Bang Customs Department) cooperated with competent forces in the locality to successfully close a major case of drugs, seizing five bricks of heroin.

On the morning of August 24, the leader of Customs Enforcement Team (Cao Bang Customs Department) confirmed the above information.

It is known that, at 9:30pm, on August 18, in the border area of Trung Khanh (Cao Bang province), Drug-related crime investigation Police Division – PC04 (Cao Bang province Police) chaired and coordinated with Customs Enforcement Team (Cao Bang Customs Department), competent forces under Cao Bang Border Defence force and Trung Khanh Police to discover and arrest three people including Ly Van Nguyen (born in 1982), Ly Minh Hoat (born in 1991), and Ly Van Dang (born in 1995). They lived in Pac Cuoi halmet, Lang Hieu ward, Trung Khanh district (Cao Bang province). They were arrested while illegally transporting drugs.

The exhibit included five bricks of heroin and many related exhibits.

Next, competent authorities conducted an urgent arrest for Hoang Quoc Tu (born in 1952, from Giao Tien ward, Giao Thuy district, Nam Dinh province).
