In order to restrict the above mentioned problem, the GDVC has made an announcement regarding this matter to shipping lines and airline agents that did not declare and carry out procedures correctly, for aircraft on exit, entry and in transit for international airlines via National Single Window.
Accordingly, the information contents were sent to the National Single Window Portal including: Manifest, Manifest of passengers and baggage, List of flight crew, Passenger name record (PNR).
Airlines can use one of the methods to send information via the National Single Window Portal as follows:
For example, they can send information via address IATA type B of National Single Window portal. Airlines can use web service or directly declare in the National Single Window portal at the address https://vnsw.gov.vn.
The GDVC has noted that in case where airlines declare via web service, they need to contact the help desk unit under the GDVC to confirm the address of web service and accounts directly.
