On March 12, after collecting information that Giang A Tu and Bun Hoong would transport large quantities of goods to Muong Khoa (Laos) for gathering and carry out transactions, the competent forces decided to close the case.
Currently, the subjects and all the evidence were handed over to the Security forces of Phong Sa Ly province (Laos) for settlement.
