Arrest a person transporting nearly 8,000 tablets of ecstasy

VCN – Lang Son Police said that the unit is continuing an open investigation, and is pursuing the subjects relating to the special project of fighting against criminals in Ms. Kieu Thi Tuyet’s transport line, for transporting nearly 8,000 ecstasy tablets.

Through the subjects management, at the agricultural product market of the Dong Dang Trade Center, Cao Loc District, the Criminal Police Division in collaboration with the Anti-Drug investigation Police Division detected Kieu Thi Tuyet (was born in 1988, lives in Lane 5, Le Loi Street, Vinh Trai Ward, Lang Son City, as having suspicious sign of drugs crime.

The working group caught Kieu Thi Tuyet while she was carrying a bag containing 7.954 red and green tablets, which were suspected to be ecstasy; 1 bag of white powder, 2 plastic bags of solid crystals and nearly 77 million VND and a mobile phone.

At the investigation agency, Kieu Thi Tuyet claimed the white powder and solid crystals were synthetic drugs purchased by her for personal use. It is known that Kieu Thi Tuyet is staying judgment of drugs crime

The case is being investigated currently.
