An oil and gas company is proposed to have its business registration certificate revoked

Petroleum Internal and External Equipment Joint Stock Company owned import and exprt duty since 2012

Based on the company's tax compliance record, the Investment Customs Branch (HCMC Customs Department) has sent an official dispatch to the HCMC Department of Planning and Investment requesting the revocation of the business registration certificate of Petroleum Internal and External Equipment Joint Stock Company (located at 60 Le Trung Nghia, Ward 12, Tan Binh District, HCMC).

The reason for the proposed revocation is that Petroleum Internal and External Equipment Joint Stock Company has tax debts that have been overdue for more than 90 days from the legal deadline for payment. The company has also failed to comply with four notices from the Investment Customs Branch on the notification of the amount of tax and late payment penalties, with a total amount of nearly VND1.6 billion.

Within 10 days from the date of receiving the revocation request from the Investment Customs Branch, the Business Registration Office of the HCMC Department of Planning and Investment must issue a decision to revoke the business registration certificate, establishment and operation license, and practice license or notify the Investment Customs Branch about the reason for non-revocation.

It is reported that Petroleum Internal and External Equipment Joint Stock Company is currently no longer operating at its registered business address.
