About 4 kg of suspected synthetic drugs seized

Previously, through drug prevention and control, the Anti-Drug Enforcement Team discovered a shipment suspected of containing drugs transported from Germany to My Dinh by air.

On May 8, the Drug Enforcement Team coordinated with the Northern Hanoi Customs Branch and a specialized unit under the Hanoi Police to inspect the shipment weighing 18.5kg. As a result, the authorities discovered a large amount of suspected synthetic drug tablets hidden in two coffee packaging bags, weighing about 4kg.

The infringing goods were mixed with boxes, packages of confectionery and other consumer items to bypass the State authorities. This is a trick that has been discovered in many previous cases.
