VCN – Viet Anh Sang Garment Co., Ltd. has been forced to suspend customs procedures for delaying in tax payment by the Investment and Processing Customs Branch.

Viet Sang Viet Anh Sang Garment company forced to suspend customs procedures for tax debt of VND2.2 billion

Enterprises delaying in tax debt will be subject to coercive measures.

The branch has issued a decision to suspend customs procedures for imported and expported goods of the company, address: 233 Nguyen Thi Lang, Phu Loi Hamlet, Tan Phu Trung Commune, Cu Chi District, Ho Chi Minh City, and tax code: 0306135734, complying the Notification No. 903/TB-ĐT dated April 14 for tax debt and late payment interest worth over VND2.2 billion.

The decsion takes effect within one year from May 24 and will expire when the tax debt amount is fully paid to the State budget.

The branch has issued dozens of decisions to enforce tax debt for businesses that have delayed tax debt payment. Since the beginning of 2023, the branch has issued over 100 decisions to enforce tax debt.
