Two companies’ owners suspended from exit for owning tax debts

According to the Official Dispatch, Cai Mep Seaport Customs Branch proposed the Immigration Department to suspend the exit for the legal representative of Oanh Nguyen Import-Export Logistics Co., Ltd with address in Thu Duc City and Lunita Co., Ltd in Go Vap District, HCM City for failing to pay taxes.
The suspension will last until these companies fully pay their tax arrears.
Oanh Nguyen Import-Export Logistics Co., Ltd and Lunita Co., Ltd have owned tax debts over VND200 million.
The report of the department showed that at the end of July, the tax debt at the department was over VND114 billion, of which VND94 billion of bad debts.
In the near future, the department will collect tax debts at some enterprises and take coercive measures against some tax debtors. At the same time, it will complete the debt cancellation profile of enterprises subject to debt cancellation under Resolution 94/2019/QH14.
