Under the plan, the Ministry shall conduct inspections to prevent and combat corruption in units: Electric Power University (in the 2nd quarter), Mien Trung Industry and Trade College (in the 3rd quarter) and Hanoi Beer Alcohol and Beverage Joint Stock Corporation (in the fourth quarter).

The inspection will focus on the company’s compliance with regulations of Law on anti-corruption of units for prevention and combat against corruption; state fiscal and budgetary activities; investment for construction; personnel organization and handling of complaints and denouncements.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade will also conduct specialized inspections chaired by the Ministry Inspectorate for units including: Gas Petrolimex Corporations ( in the 1st and 2nd quarters)); Petrolimex Northern Gas Joint Stock Company (in the 2nd and 3rd quarters). These two units shall be inspected with the same content as for the observance of regulations in chemical and gas trading activities. In addition, the Power Generation Corporation 2 (in 3rd and 4th quarters) will be inspected about the content of law observance on electricity activities.

Also according to the Decision of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the specialized inspection conducted by the Industrial Safety Techniques and Environment Agency Technology (Ministry of Industry and Trade) for companies: Nam Mo and Nam Non Hydropower Joint Stock Company (in the 1st and 2nd quarters) with the inspection content of observance of legal provisions on electrical safety and safety management of dams and reservoirs of Ban Ang Hydropower Plant; PC3 Investment Joint Stock Company 3 (in the 2nd and 3rd quarters) with the inspection content with observance of legal provisions on eletrical safety and safety management of dams and reservoirs of Dakrong 1 hydropower plant; North - Eastern Corporation, Vinacomin Hon Gai Coal Company - TKV and Cam Pha - Vinacomin Port and Logistics Company (in the 3rd and 4th quarters) with the inspection content with the observance of law provisions on safety in mineral mining and processing.

Specialized inspections chaired by the Vietnam Competition Authority (Ministry of Industry and Trade) will be carried out for units including: Sacombank (in the 1st and 2nd quarters); Vietnam Post and Telecommunications Group (in the 3rd and 4th quarters); HD SAISON Finance (in the 2nd and 3rd quarters ); Standard Bank (in the 2nd and 3rd quarters); and Orient Commercial Joint Stock Bank (in the 3rd and 4th quarters) ...
