Thanh Hoa Border Defense force: Seized 34,000 tablets of synthetic narcotics

VCN – According to a representative for the Commander of Thanh Hoa Border Defense force, the anti-smuggling crime Special Force of Thanh Hoa Border Defense, coordinated with the Security Division of Hủa Phăn province (Lao) to make a plan for opening a criminal investigation. They arrested 2 women while they were transporting 34,000 tablets of synthetic narcotics across the border.

Early in the morning of 7/5, at the Na Thoong village, Sam Nua district, Hua Phan province (Laos), the working group caught two women, who were Nang Dua Mua (was born in 1978) and May Ham (was born in 1971) while they were transporting illegally narcotics. Both of them are living in Phu Xay village, Vieng Xay district, Hủa Phăn province

Through on-site inspection, the working group detected and seized 34,000 synthetic drugs.

Currently, the competent forces of Vietnam - Laos are cooperating to expand investigation and complete the case dossiers as prescribed.
