Tax branches are merging into regional tax branches

In Thai Nguyen province, Thai Nguyen Tax Department has received the decision of the Ministry of Finance on merging eight tax branches into four regional tax branches.
The eight tax branches under the Thai Nguyen Tax Department will be merged. Dong Hy District Tax Branch and Vo Nhai District Tax Branch will be merged into the Dong Hy-Vo Nhai Regional Tax Branch; Song Cong City Tax Branch and Dai Tu District Tax Branch will be merged into the Song Cong-Dai Tu Regional Tax Branch; Pho Yen Town Tax Branch and Phu Thanh District Tax Branch will be merged into Pho Yen- Phu Thanh Regional Tax Branch; Phu Luong District Tax Branch and Dinh Hoa District Tax Branch will be merged into Phu Luong- Dinh Hoa Regional Tax Branch. Thai Nguyen City Tax Branch will be preserved.
After merging, Thai Nguyen province will have five tax branches, reducing the number by four tax branches and reducing from 68 tax teams to 35 tax teams.
Basing on Decision No. 920/QD-BTC on consolidating Tax Branches under Nghe An Tax Department of the Minister of Finance, Nghe An Tax Department will merge 20 tax branches of districts and towns in the province into nine regional tax branches.
Specifically, Nghe An Tax Department will consolidate Ky Son District Tax Branch and Tuong Duong District Tax Branch into the Tay Nghe I Regional Tax Branch; Anh Son District Tax Branch and Con Cuong District Tax Branch into the Tay Nghe II Regional Tax Branch; Quy Hop District Tax Branch, Quy Chau District Tax Branch and Que Phong District Tax Branch into the Phu Quy Regional Tax Branch.
Thai Hoa Town Tax Branch and Nghia Dan District Tax Branch will be merged into the Phu Quy II Regional Tax Branch; Hoang Mai Town Tax Branch and Quynh Luu District Tax Branch will be merged into the Bac Nghe I Regional Tax Branch; Dien Chau District Tax Branch and Yen Thanh District Tax Branch will be merged into the Bac Nghe II Regional Tax Branch; Do Luong District Tax Branch, Thanh Chuong District Tax Branch and Tan Ky District Tax Branch will be merged into the Song Lam Regional Tax Branch.
Hung Nguyen District and Nam Dan District Tax Branch will be merged into the Song Lam II Regional Tax Branch; Cua Lo Town Tax Branch and Nghi Loc District Tax Branch will be merged into the Bac Vinh Regional Tax Branch; Vinh City Tax Branch will be persevered. After merging, there are 10 tax branches in Nghe An province, down by 11 tax branches.
Recently Lang Son Tax Department has been decided by the Minister of Finance on the consolidation of district tax branches into regional tax branches under Lang Son Tax Department.
Chi Lang District Tax Branch and Huu Lung District Tax Branch will be merged into the Regional I Tax Branch, located in Huu Lung District, Lang Son province. Dinh Lap District Tax Branch and Loc Binh District Tax Branch will be merged into the Regional II Tax Branch, located in Loc Binh District, Lang Son province. Van Lang District Tax Branch and Trang Dinh District Tax Branch will be merged into the Regional III Tax Branch, located in Van Lang District, Lang Son province. Tax district branches of Van Quan, Binh Gia and Bac Son will be merged into the Regional IV Tax Branch located in Binh Gia District, Lang Son province.
Lang Son City Tax Branch and Cao Loc District Tax Branch will be persevered. After merging 11 tax branches, Lang Son Tax Department will have six tax branches, five less than previously.
According to the General Department of Taxation, Dak Lak Tax Department will merge its 10 tax branches of districts and towns into five regional tax branches and these branches will operate from July 1, 2019. The regional tax branches will have their own legal status, seal and be allowed to open accounts at the State treasury in accordance with the law.
