The Government’s Office has announced the conclusion of Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue at the third meeting of the Steering Committee in order to implement the Politburo's direction about tackling with shortcomings of some projects and enterprises that are behind schedule of Industry and Trade sector.
Furthermore, Deputy Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Industry and Trade to complete the draft plan of the Steering Committee in order to implement the direction of the Politburo and the decision of the Prime Minister to approve the project to tackle 12 projects, enterprises of being behind schedule and ineffectiveness in the industry and trade sector. Also, sending to Ministries and branches that have comments for collecting and submitting to Head of the Steering Committee for decision.
In particular, the draft should be aware of thoroughly the objectives, views and time frame that have been approved by the Politburo in the announcement No.43-TB / VPTW dated 19/6/2017 of the Central Office about assigning, clearly defining the responsibilities of each ministry, agency or unit in deploying and implementing the Plan; The regime of information, reporting, inspection and monitoring the situation of the Plan.
Furthermore, Deputy Prime Minister assigned the State Audit, Ministry of Public Security and the Government Inspectorate to complete as soon as possible the audit, investigation, and inspection 12 projects and enterprises according to the program and predetermined plan for handling in accordance with regulations.
Additionally, The Vietnam Chemical Group, Petro Vietnam and Vietnam Steel Corporation to strengthen and consolidate the Steering Committee of their units; To clearly assign the tasks of each unit and leader in charge of handling projects and enterprises of its units.
The Ministries and agencies who are members of the Steering Committee shall actively implement assigned tasks, promptly handling problems and proposals of projects and enterprises. Then reporting to the Support Group of Steering Committee (Ministry of Industry and Trade) to sum up and report to the Head of the Steering Committee.
