Mobile phone exports increase by nearly $US 2.4 billion
As published by the General Department of Customs from the source of data declared by traders, by mid Autumn, the total turn-over of mobile phone exports reached $US 20.961 billion .

With the above mentioned value, mobile phones further stand at the top of this export group nationwide. Notably, this sort of item not only keeps the first position of export but also boosts impressive growth with a turn-over beyond nearly $US 2.4 billion compared to the same period in 2015.
Until now, mobile phones have contributed to more than 20% of the entire export turnover of the country (by mid-Autumn the export volume of the country reached $ US104.397 billion)
In terms of export market, Viet Nam mobile phones are present in most export markets. Especially, export market information updated by the General Department of Customs shows that by the end of July 2016, 5 countries have imported mobile phones from Viet Nam with the value of over $US 1 billion.
Of these, United Arab Emirates (UAE) continues to be the biggest mobile phone importer with an import value of $ US 2.586 billion. The following trading partners are the United States with $ US 2.333 billion; Korea with $US 1.51 billion, Austria with $US 1.26 billion and England with $US 1.06 billion.
