Khaisilk pays more than 200 million VND of tax in 9 months

The examination report of Hanoi Tax Department showed that the Khaisilk business household at 113 Hang Gai street, Hanoi headed by Mrs. Nguyen Thu Nga, started its business in January 2004 with registered business line of selling silk fabrics, clothes and bags.
Since then, this household has declared and paid taxes in a timely fashion with increased taxes over years and has not been in tax debt. Specifically, the household paid a tax amount of 234 million VND in 2015; 241.6 million VND in 2016 and 211.2 million VND in the first nine months of 2017.
Ha Noi Tax Department has carried out an inspection on tax obligations of Khaisilk business households as soon as the press reflected on label violations of Khaisilk, which Chinese goods were labelled “Made in Vietnam”. Under Circular No. 92/2015/TT-BTC of the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of value added tax and personal income tax for resident individual engaging in business and production. Hoan Kiem Tax Branch has issued the tax declaration form and guided the tax team to review and analyse, disseminate and encourage business households to declare the criteria on the declaration form in accordance with the actual business performance.
