Importing more than 56,200 tons for cigarette manufacture under 2019 tariff quota

VCN - In 2019, the amount of unmanufactured tobacco (HS code is 2401) imported under the tariff quota is 56,284 tons.

That is one of the contents stated in Circular 55/2018/TT-BCT regulating the import of unmanufactured tobacco under the 2019 tariff quota issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade stated clearly: The allocation of tariff quotas for import of unmanufactured tobacco shall comply with the provisions of Circular No. 12/2018/TT-BCT dated 15/6/2018 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulating some articles of the Foreign Trade Management Law and Decree No. 69/2018/ND-CP dated 15/5/2018 of the Government regulating a number of articles of the Foreign Trade Management Law.

The regulation will be valid from 19/2/2019 to 31/12/2019.
