Importing 3,300 boxes of melted supplementary food

According to the Saigon Border Gate Customs Branch Zone 1, the shipment of supplementary food was registered by B.N Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.

The imported goods include 3,300 boxes of TUVTTA healthy food, originating from the US with a valued at nearly US$ 30,000.

The verification results from the Quality Assurance and Testing Center 3 have shown that the shipment did not meet import quality standards as prescribed because the capsules contained in the 3,300 boxes had melted.

Currently, the Saigon Border Gate Customs Branch Zone 1 has issued a decision on administrative sanction for the company worth VND 30 million and enforced the destruction of the shipment.
