For example, inadequacies in specialised inspection of imported goods was one of the major barriers affecting the clearance of goods of enterprises and issues about origin of goods were supported by Customs Department to solve the problem together with enterprises.

Furthermore, not only diversifying forms of dialogue, to facilitate businesses, Ho Chi Minh City Customs Department has built and implemented an IT system with the goal of synchronising the output and input data in order to serve businesses.
