Hanoi continues to identify the list of enterprises that have tax debt
Hanoi publicized more than 133 enterprises with 147 billion vnd of tax debt. |
Of which there are 121 enterprises which have tax debt and fees of more than 111 billion vnd and 12 enterprises owe land rent tax of 35.9 billion vnd.
The companies with the most debt include: Song Hong Shipbuilding Industry and Contruction Limited Liability Company which owes over 18 billion vnd land tax; The Management and Investment Limited Liability Company of the Ion Complex building owe more than 8 billion vnd of tax and fees; ORION Hanel Limited Liability Company and Cultural Construction Joint Stock Company owe more than 6 billion vnd of tax and fees
In the 7 first months of 2016, the Hanoi Tax Department publicly posted 7 lists of enterprises with tax debt, a total of 951 enterprises and projects have tax and fee debt and the corresponding land use levy of more than 1,906 billion vnd. The result has been that after 7 public posting of the list, 447 of 951 organisations have submitted over 294 billion vnd of tax to the Budget.

Hanoi Tax Department has identified that managing tax debt is a key task, that contributes to completing the annual mission of collecting for the State Budget. With synchronous and drastic solutions, the result in July 31 was that the gross debt was 8,584 billion vnd, of which: tax debt and fee collection reached 4,255 billion vnd; and debt recovery related to land was 4,329 billion vnd.
