Speaking at the opening of the conference, Deputy Director General of the General Department of Taxation Mai Son said that over the past many years, at the annual tax finalization period, the Tax sector simultaneously organizes conferences in various forms to support taxpayers to perform corporate tax finalization and close the fiscal year.

This year, the General Department of Taxation organized a companion month to support taxpayers in making tax finalization on the General Department's website and fanpage, thereby understanding the difficulties and problems of businesses, taxpayers, to help them taxpayers with tax finalization.

The General Department of Taxation hopes to always receive the companionship of businesses and taxpayers in implementing legal policies. The electronic portal of the General Department of Taxation is always ready to receive questions from taxpayers at any time and tax officials promptly respond and solve those questions.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Hoang Quang Phong, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Chambber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) acknowledged the General Department of Taxation's companionship with businesses in supporting businesses in performing their tasks, especially communication work so that businesses comply with tax-related laws and complete their tasks, and at the same time, the business community highly appreciate the proactiveness of the Tax sector as well as the diligence and dedication of tax officers in working with businesses.

Mr. Phong also appreciates the tax sector’s inquiring spirit, especially the sympathy and sharing that allows businesses to focus on production and business activities with the highest profits, thereby making the highest contribution to the country's tax sector.

During the support program on the morning of March 12, the Tax agency received many questions from businesses, in which businesses asked a lot about the amounts included in deductible expenses when calculating corporate income tax.

According to the plan, the support program takes place in two days: March 12 for corporate income tax finalization; March 14 for personal income tax finalization.

On March 12, at the online support program on the website of the General Department of Taxation, taxpayers access the website of the General Department of Taxation at https://www.gdt.gov.vn to send questions and receive questions from the General Department of Taxation. Time is from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
