Investment/Processing Customs Branch-HCM City Customs Department has issued a decision to enforce HCM City-based C.D.M.A Mobile Phone Center to suspend its imports and exports in line with the request by HCM City Tax Department.

On February 29, HCM City Tax Department sent an official dispatch requesting Investment/Processing Customs Branch to enforce to C.D.M.A Mobile Phone Center as it failed to pay taxes worth over VND 15.585 billion since it missed the deadline for more than 90 days.

The decision, which has been in effect within one year since March 6, will be terminated when the center fully pays its tax debts.

C.D.M.A Mobile Phone Center was established and operated in 2001, with business lines: Commission-based sales agent; retail of computers, peripherals, software and telecommunications equipment; establishing networks and providing terrestrial mobile communication services, and terminal equipment repair, maintenance and warranty services...
