According to experts and enterprises, the cooperation among enterprises helps optimize production processes through sharing technology and knowledge.

When enterprises strengthen cooperation to develop products together, they can share resources, minimize risks and optimize costs. The cooperation also opens up opportunities for enterprises to expand markets and export products.

For example, Rang Dong Light Bulb and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company implements a “dual transformation” process, which means both digital transformation and green transformation. Not only developing traditional products, the company also promotes the provision of a synchronous technology solution system to contribute to the creation of smart homes, smart cities, high-tech agriculture...

The company has set a goal of becoming a high-tech company by 2030, establishing a revenue growth rate of 20-25%, achieving the proportion of export turnover reaching 30% of total revenue... The company set the revenue target of VND11,000 billion in 2024, increasing by about 2.6 times compared to the previous year. The revenue in the first nine months of the year is expected to rise over 30% to about VND6,500 billion year-on-year.

According to Mr. Nguyen Doan Thang, Party Secretary, General Director of Rang Dong Company, after five years of digital transformation, the Company aims to become a leading brand in the supply chain, building factories and providing technology solutions but localizing 60-70% of spare parts and components. Therefore, the Company has proactively researched and innovated, not only self-producing but also cooperating with related domestic enterprises to form an effective supply chain.

Mr. Pham Ngoc Son, Chairman of the Board of Directors of FaceNet High Technology and Software Services Joint Stock Company, said that the Company has mobilized resources to improving technology, especially applying new technologies such as AI, IoT.... The cooperation with major experienced companies for technology development as Rang Dong company has helped the company enhance competitiveness and improve product quality.

According to Mr. Son, the combination among enterprises in the application of science and technology is very important to help the parties exploit the maximum opportunities as well as reduce research and development (R&D) costs, providing products to the market quickly and effectively.

Meanwhile, Mr. Bui Anh Tuan, Deputy Director of Viettel Telecom Information Technology Solutions Center, said that the Company promotes the production of security cameras, from 500,000-600,000 units/year to 1-2 million units in the next few years. Therefore, if Viettel's products are included in the ecosystem of digital technology solutions like Rang Dong's, it will enrich the ecosystem, and integrate control on one application.

However, to improve the effectiveness of cooperation, businesses believe that it is necessary to build a unified mechanism between the parties in the direction of win-win solutions as well as need management agencies to create favorable conditions through providing policies and opportunities to enhance learning, connection, and cooperation, etc.
