The passenger car was seized.

At that time, Team 1 collaborated with the functional forces including C67 and C74 (The Ministry of Public Security) to chase 3 cars including a container truck, a truck tractor and a passenger car from Quang Ninh border into Vietnam, with the suspicious signs.

At Hoanh Bo, Quang Ninh, the functional forces stopped the cars with the number plates: 15C-13 499, 00 394-18B and 14C-14 255.

After that, the functional forces required the drivers to move to the Hung Yen Branch of Market Management to conduct physical inspections of goods.

On the afternoon of 10^th December 2016, the functional forces conducted preliminary inspections and discovered a variety of goods including televisions, lamps, sanitary equipment and furniture.
