According to the General Department of Taxation, through the general data on the TMS application in 2016, to 15 November, 2016, the data of business households paying flat tax is not ensured and contains many errors. Also, through the general data on the TMS application of TMS in 2017, to 9 January 2017, the data of business households paying flat tax is inadequate.

To ensure the accuracy of data in 2016, the progress of setting up the List of flat tax in 2017 and second announcement in a timely fashion as described, the General Department of Taxation requested the leaders of Tax Departments and specialized officers to urgently review the data and handle errors arising, ensuring the establishment of the flat tax list in 2016 and 2017 on the TMS application as prescribed.
