Two Customs Branches processed over 100,000 declarations at Hai Phong Customs
At the end of April, Investment and Processing Customs Branch processed 113,151 declarations. In April alone, this branch had the highest number of declarations compared to the whole Department by 31,584 declarations.

Also in the first four months of the year, Export processing Zone (EPZ) and Industrial Park (IP) Customs Branch processed 111,853 declarations. In April, the unit had 28,798 declarations.
Thus, the two branches have handled 222,004 declarations for the business community, accounting for 42.2% of the total number of declarations of the whole Department.
The branches which have large number of declarations at Hai Phong Customs Department are mainly units that see a lot of processing enterprises, export and processing enterprises coming to implement procedures. Those enterprises have many declarations and large turnover but are entitled to preferential tariffs, so little money is paid into the State budget.
At Hai Phong Customs Department, units with a large amount of revenue collection are concentrated in border-gate customs Branches.
The unit which has the highest revenue collection in Hai Phong Customs in the first four months is Hai Phong port area I Customs Branch.
In April, the unit collected 2,161 billion VND and accumulated in the first four months reached 8,371 billion VND, accounting for nearly 37% of the total budget revenue of the whole Department at the same time.
An important reason for obtaining a prosperous result in revenue collection at Hai Phong port area I Customs Branch is imported cars.
