VCN- Quang Ninh Customs has detected 2 ships transporting 6,000 liters of Diesel oil without documents to identify the legal origin.

At 15h30 on September 29 2016, in Mui Ngoc Sea Area, Mong Cai city, Van Gia Sea Port Customs Branch in collaboration with Customs Enforcement Team No.1 (under Quang Ninh Customs Department) accessed and inspected 2 ships which illegally transported oil.

Customs inspected ship QN 5105TS driven by Le Duc Hoan, born in 1967, residing in Cam Son ward, Cam Pha city, Quang Ninh province was the ship owner who was in control, and detected 3 tanks, each tank with a capacity of 1,000 liters of oil without invoice or documents to identify the legal origin.

Further inspection of the ship QN8357TS driven by Bui Huy Dao, born 1967, residing at Bac Hamlet, Phu Hai, Hai Ha, Quang Ninh was the ship owner who was in control, and detected 3 tanks, each tank with a capacity of 1,000 liter oil without invoice or documents to identify the legal origin.

Mr Hoan and Mr Bao also declared that Mr Cong was the owner of the Diesel oil transport on the ship. They are rented by Mr Cong for transporting oil from Cong Cach to Mui Ngoc to receive 3 million VND for freight, and unknown the specific address of Mr Cong.

Van Gia Sea Port Customs Branch and Customs Enforcement Team No.1 are continuing investigation, complete the dossier for handling in accordance with the provision of the law.
