MoF plans to supervise law enforcement in key and interdisciplinary areas

The Plan aims to comprehensively implement Government's Decree No. 59/2012/ND-CP regulations and Decree No. 32/2020/ND-CP, amending and supplementing some articles of the Government's Decree No. 59/2012/ND-CP.
In addition, the Plan will review and evaluate law enforcement in key and interdisciplinary areas to promptly detect shortcomings and propose solutions to improve the efficiency of law enforcement and perfect the legal system.
The Plan stipulates that law enforcement on managing and administrating prices of essential goods and services, and the law's implementation on labour and employment must be supervised.
The Plan states that the development of the list of legal documents promulgated by the Ministry of Finance and submitted to competent authorities for promulgation in key and interdisciplinary areas should be instructed for performance.

The Minister of Finance assigned the Legal Department to lead and coordinate with units under the Ministry to implement the tasks. In addition, the Legal Department is in charge of compiling a report on the monitoring of law enforcement in 2023 and submitting it to the Ministry of Justice before December 10.
