The ASEAN Secretariat notified about the error of Malaysia's ASEAN Single Window from March 15, 2022, so e-C/O form D cannot be received. The General Department of Vietnam Customs has recently informed local customs departments about carrying out procedures for C/O form D from Malaysia.
Accordingly, Malaysia will issue a paper C/O form D to assist businesses during the error recovery period. The country will issue a notice after the system is connected smoothly with ASEAN countries.
Regarding the execution of the ASEAN Single Window, as the Standing Body of the National Steering Committee on the ASEAN Single Window (ASW), the National Single Window (NSW) and trade facilitation (Committee 1899), the General Department of Vietnam Customs coordinates with ministries and government agencies to improve the efficiency of NSW implementation and expand the connection of the Single Window with non-ASEAN countries.
