The department has suspended the direct receipt and return of results of administrative procedures during the implementation of Directive 17 dated July 23, 2021 of the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic.

Therefore, the department accepts submission of application via eTaxServices, National Public Service Portal and Postal system.

Taxpayers will go through three steps of procedures for granting invoices and tax-related documents as follows:

Step 1: Taxpayers scans the dossiers and sends them to the email of the tax department.

Step2: The tax authority will notify of the dossier receipt and return deadlines to taxpayers.

Step 3: Taxpayers will bring paper documents to the tax office to check and receive results.
