In this list, there are 12 enterprises having debt of land rental fees with a total debt of over VND 72 billion. Cau Giay Investment Trading Services Joint Stock Company is the largest tax debtor with total tax debt of VND 45 billion.
In addition, Ha Noi Tax Department has publicized 260 enterprises having tax and fees debt with amount of VND 928 billion.
156 of 260 enterprises have tax debts since 2015, 2016 and 2017 with amount of VND 886 billion, and they have been publicized many times by Ha Noi Tax Department, but they have still delayed tax payment.
These are familiar enterprises, including: Traffic Engineering Joint Stock Company No. 118- Momota, Energy Construction Joint Stock Company, Construction Machinery Corporation-CYCP; Song Da Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company. These are enterprises having tax debts over VND 40 billion.

With the efforts in taking drastic measures by Tax authorities and the recovery of the economy, the Ha Noi Tax Department expects that the project owners and enterprises to arrange their financial sources to implement tax debt payment to the State budget before the Tax authority applies more drastic enforcement measures.
It is acknowledged that from the beginning of 2018 to now, Ha Noi Tax Department has publicized 1,021 enterprises having tax and fees debt. Land-related revenue has been publicized with total debt of VND 3,960 billion. As a result, 273 enterprises and projects paid over VND 97 billion.
