In case of necessity, summarize report and send the dossier to the General Department of Customs for guidance on handling.
The General Department of Vietnam Customs instructs provincial and municipal customs departments to check the declared value on the import customs declaration with documents in the customs dossier to determine the declared value in accordance with regulations. If suspecting the declared value, the ruling, inspection and determination of values shall be implemented in accordance with regulations.
