Currently, this application has been successfully piloted in the two provinces of Quang Ninh and Da Nang. According to the latest plan, the General Department of Taxation is continuing to transfer data to 7 Tax Departments that have implemented the Land-related Revenue Management Application including: Hanoi Tax Department, Ho Chi Minh City Tax Department, Binh Duong Tax Department, Vinh Long Tax Department, Tra Vinh Tax Department, and Ba Ria - Vung Tau Tax Department. Now, it will be expanded across the country.

The General Department of Taxation requested tax departments to review and update the list of land prices and house prices into the application. In addition, create user accounts at Tax Department level, and for Tax Branches’ support after deployment.

The Tax Departments must also deploy the registration management application – house property for the tax branch under department. At the same time, connecting communication and information exchange applications with the Natural Resources and Environment agencies.

Moreover, in order to focus on this task, the General Department of Taxation will establish the deployment team of the General Department of Taxation and Tax Branch. This team will be responsible for installing, supporting data conversion, assisting the deployment team of tax departments to implement the content as planned. Simultaneously, to deal with technical and professional problems, if any.

For provinces that have already deployed the pilot program communication application with the Natural Resources and Environment Department via the online method, they will continue to apply after upgrading to centralized system. For other provinces, the Registration fees Management Application – house property is designed for connection and online information exchange with Natural Resources and Environment authorities. This connection depends on direction from the Provincial People’s Committee and available application, communication infrastructure, human resource and performance of Natural Resources and Environment authorities. When the directives of People’s Committee have been given and available to the Natural Resources and Environment authorities, General Department of Taxation will implement an assistance plan immediately.
