Correction of regulations in Circular 108/2021/TT-BTC

Accordingly, the Ministry of Finance issued Official Letter No. 12066/BTC-DT on the correction of Circular 108/2021/TT-BTC of the Minister of Finance stipulating management and use of revenues from consulting activities, project management of investors and project management boards using public investment capital.
Through revision, the Ministry of Finance discovered a technical error in Point a, Clause 2, Article 6 of Circular 108/2021/TT-BTC dated December 8, 2021.
The Ministry of Finance makes a correction as follows:
Point a, Clause 2, Article 6, was: “For the amount of money saved up to the end of January 31, 2021 that has not been used up: It shall be paid back to the state budget and account for the decrease in the disbursed capital amount of respective projects”.
Now amended to: "For the amount of money saved up to the end of January 31, 2022 that has not been used up: It shall be paid back to the state budget and account for the decrease in the disbursed capital amount of respective projects".
