Continue to collect suggestions for completing the Amended Circular and supplement Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC

Earlier, General Department of Customs organizes to collect suggestions of regulated entities (provincial Customs Department, business communities and related State management agencies) in written document and directly collecting suggestions via 8 seminars in the whole country (4 general seminars and 4 specialized seminars).
Furthermore, in order to create a platform for business communities to participate and raise their suggestions for a draft of amended circular, supplement Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC, Customs News held an online discussion about this topic recently.
At the seminars, the suggestions have focused on new points of the draft of the Circular such as: Regulation for Customs dossiers when doing Customs procedure, record storage at enterprise; the announcement time for releasing the result of distribution channel; take goods to hold in custody; managing proceed goods and re-export for production,…
The suggestions of provincial Customs Departments and business community have been collected by General Department of Customs and in the process of research, analysis as well as adjusts and complete the draft of amended Circular, supplement Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC.
Moreover, the suggestions that have been analyzed for the draft of amended Circular, supplement Circular 38/2015/TT-BTC will be the main content for the discussion in the next seminar.
