According to the decision by HoaBinh Tax Department, 28 taxpayers subject to tax debt freezing have owed VND1.93 billion from July 1, 2020.
They are all taxpayers who no longer do business at the addresses registered with the business registration office. The tax agency has worked with the People's Committees of communes, wards or towns where the taxpayers registered business addresses or contact addresses to check and verify the above information (as prescribed in Clause 4, Article 4 of Resolution No. 94/2019 / QH14).
Notably, Hung HoaBinh Investment One Member Limited Company had frozen tax debt of over VND1.81 billion, including: natural resource consumption tax was over VND930 million; value added tax over VND624 million; corporate income tax VND41.8 million; environmental protection fee for the mineral exploitation VND162 million; level 1 license tax VND9 million; administrative fines by the tax agency VND50.5 million.
In addition, other companies subject to tax debt freezing included Bao Ngoc One Member Limited Company (VND17 million); Thai Thu One Member Company Limited (VND16.8 million); and Minh Trung Financial Consulting Co., Ltd (VND10 million).

Based on the frozen tax debt amount, HoaBinh Tax Department will adjust the tax debt of taxpayers.
