Araising more than 37,000 dossiers on online public services of State Treasury in the peak period

The Treasury system has expanded online public services to units using the State budget across the country. According to data from the State Treasury, by the end of March 31, 2020, there were 28,190/28,190 units using State budget conducting transactions with the State Treasury of provinces, cities and State Treasuries of districts, towns and provincial cities.
In addition, the State Treasury has also deployed the system at 37,188/64,266 units transacting with the State Treasury of the district, hitting 58%.
According to report of the State Treasury, in March 2020, 22,000 dossiers were generated on the online public services system (with more than 37,000 dossiers on the peak day), besides that it generated 35,000 vouchers (arising 58,000 vouchers in the peak day).
The payment transactions for State budget expenditure through online public services hit about 45-50%.
The State Treasury is piloting to upgrade the online public services system of the State Treasury by adding services including the online public service of recording income and expense in foreign capital through the State Treasury and account settlement service for units that have opened accounts at the State Treasury.
At the same time, it is connecting and integrating the administrative accounting systems into the online public service system of the State Treasury in five units connected with the state bank transacting with the State Treasury of Thanh Xuan district.
As recorded by the State Treasury, after adjusting and expanding the resources of the online public service system, there was a time when the system could serve more than 10,000 users, including units that have relations with the State budget.
Currently, the public service of declaring receipt of delivery transaction dossiers of online payment control and single window transactions with the State Treasury has been integrated on the National Public Service Portal. The Programme of Bilateral Electronic Payment has also been revised to meet requirements of capital transfer at the end of the day from the general payment account of the State Treasury opened at Agribank to the State Treasury's deposit account opened at the State Bank Transaction Office.
