Anti-dumping investigation of Vietnam raw limestone terminated in Australia

Information from the Competition Administration Department (MOIT),is that the ADC recently published a report on key data number 348 in the case of anti-dumping investigationof raw limestone products imported from Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam.
According to the conclusions of the ADC, the amount of dumping goods from Vietnam was negligible. Also, the damage to the domestic industry by the dumping behavior of Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand were also determined to be negligible. Accordingly, ADC has proposed to terminate the investigation of this case.
The parties involved have 20 days (no later than 31/10/2016) to send comments, opinions to the ADC at the address as follows: Director Operations 2, Anti-Dumping Commission GPO Box 1632, Melbourne VIC 3001, Australia; or email: operations2@adcommission.gov.au or fax: +61 3 8539 2499.
If the case is not terminatedearly, the ADC shall report to the competent persons on the date 24/11/2016.

Earlier, on 18/4/2016, ADC initiated an investigation onraw limestone goods with HS Code: 2522.10.00 (this HS Code is not a subject to apply import duties in Australia) based on the recommendations of Cockburn Cement Company Limited.Investigationperiod from 01/01/2015 to 31/12/2015. ADC will review import data from 01/01/2012with the purpose ofdamage analyzing.
Based on the preliminary assessments, ADC investigation agency has concluded that some exporters of Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam have done the dumping. As follows:
