15th NA’s second working week to focus on law building

The 15th National Assembly will focus on law building during its second online working week from October 25-30, as part of its ongoing second session.
Lawmakers will discuss the Law on amendments and supplements to several articles of the Penal Code, the Law on amendments and supplements to several articles of the Statistics Law, the Law on Mobile Police, the Law on amendments and supplements to several articles of the Intellectual Property Law, the revised Law on Emulation and Commendation, the revised Law on Cinema and the amended Law on Insurance Business.
They will also look into the draft Resolution on several special policies and mechanisms for the development of Hai Phong city and the provinces of Nghe An, Thanh Hoa and Thua Thien-Hue.
Others on the agenda include social insurance policy enforcement, the use and management of social and health insurance funds 2020, and the implementation of the Resolution No.68/2013/QH13 on promoting the implementation of policies and laws related to health insurance towards universal health insurance in 2019-2020.
Deputies are also due to listen to reports examining the draft plan on economic restructuring for 2021-2025, the draft plan on the use of national land for 2021-2030 with a vision to 2050, and the 2021-2025 land use plan./.
