Upgrading e-tax system to support for Personal Income Tax finalization

VCN- In order to serve the peak month of Personal Income Tax finalization, the General Department of Taxation has upgraded e-tax system to facilitate businesses, organizations, individuals in implementing Tax finalization, especially Personal Income Tax finalization.

Accordingly, the General Department of Taxation has upgraded the e-Tax system to integrate services to allow individuals and organizations who do not use digital signature to declare Personal Income Tax finalization and replace the online system of Personal Income Tax finalization (For PIT declaration forms 02/QTT-TNCN, 05/KK-TNCN, 05/QTT-TNCN, 05/DS-TNCN, 09/KK - TNCN, 13/KK-TNCN, declaration for granting of tax code for dependent people form 02TH).

Accordingly, taxpayers who are businesses using digital signature will declare Personal Income Tax finalization in the system of online tax declaration (iHTKK).

Taxpayers who are organizations and individuals that do not use digital signature will declare Personal Income Tax finalization in the e-tax system (e-tax).

For declarations for granting of tax codes via the paying agencies (form 01-TNCN), the paying organizations still send their dossiers via the online Personal Income Tax website. The General Department of Taxation expects to upgrade the system to replace this declaration by Declaration 05-DK-TH-TCT under Circular 95/2016/TT-BTC in the system of online tax declaration (iHTKK), Tax management system and the e-tax system by April 2018.

The e-tax system (Personal Income Tax finalization) will be upgraded to replace the online system of Personal Income Tax, thus almost all functions are similar.
