For declarations for granting of tax codes via the paying agencies (form 01-TNCN), the paying organizations still send their dossiers via the online Personal Income Tax website. The General Department of Taxation expects to upgrade the system to replace this declaration by Declaration 05-DK-TH-TCT under Circular 95/2016/TT-BTC in the system of online tax declaration (iHTKK), Tax management system and the e-tax system by April 2018.

The e-tax system (Personal Income Tax finalization) will be upgraded to replace the online system of Personal Income Tax, thus almost all functions are similar.
