The Government signed and promulgated 16 Decrees specifying Vietnam’s special preferential import tariff schedule for the implementation of the Trade Agreements and Economic Partnership Agreements.

According to Decree No. 150/2017/NĐ-CP of the Government, the import tariff list has 5,535 import tariff lines cut down to 0%.

VCN- Accordingly, imported goods which can apply the VN- EAEU FTA tax rate must be regulated under the Special preferential import tariff schedule which was enclosed with the Decree.
