Decree 08/2015/ND-CP

With the goal that customs procedures must be further reformed and become more transparent, some contents need to be amended and supplemented in Decree 08 and Decree 59

Decree 08/2015/ND-CP and Decree 59/2018/ND-CP amending the Decree 08 will be reviewed and assessed

 VCN- In order to handle shortcomings arising in the past time related to the time of submitting licence when implementing Customs procedures, Vietnam Customs expects to include in the draft revised Decree 08/2015/ND-CP a regulation that “Import and export goods subject to licence issued by specialized management agency must  obtain the licence before registering the Customs declaration.

VCN- The conference was organized by the General Department of Vietnam Customs in collaboration with USAID project, with participation of Southern Custom Departments and experts of USAID/GIG project and Central Institute for Economic Management.
