According to the Deputy Minister, the completion of legal framework and improvement of human resource capacity in accounting and auditing on the basis of international practices is an essential requirement in the economic integration and development of each country.

Therefore, the Deputy Minister said that countries need to support, share experiences and learn from each other to meet international standards and build a healthy and transparent business environment.

In addition, the countries need to build training programs meeting international standards and practical needs of the labor market, and ensure that accountants and auditors are equipped with the necessary professional knowledge and practical skills. At the same time, it is necessary to encourage cooperation between training institutions with businesses and international organizations to share experiences and learn advanced training methods.
