The General Department of Taxation has asked the tax departments to transfer dossiers to the Police or coordinate with law enforcement agencies to handle individuals and organizations that import and temporarily import or transfer cars and motorcycles for non-commercial purposes but notify dissolution and fail to declare, pay taxes and finalize taxes or vacate the business address.

When the tax departments collect registration fees for cars and motorcycles imported or temporarily imported for non-commercial purposes, they must closely coordinate with tax agencies to manage organizations and individuals to define the fulfillment of tax declaration and payment obligations.

The country’s top tax regulator has also asked the tax departments to assign a focal point at local tax departments to coordinate with customs authorities for handling in a timely fashion.

The General Department of Taxation will apply the form of reward and punishment for results of tax departments at all levels in handling organizations and individuals that import and temporarily import cars and motorcycles for non-commercial purposes.
