The Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue has required ministries, agencies, localities, economic corporations, and State-owned corporations to be seriously aware of and publish full information in accordance with the provisions under Government Decree No.81/2015/ND-CP of September 18,2015 on the publishing of State-owned enterprises’ information.
The Ministry of Planning and Investment has fully implemented the regulations under Decree No.81/2015/ND-CP; reported to the Prime Minister on the list of the enterprises which don’t fully implement the obligations to publish the information under current regulations and propose for handling violations on publishing information.
The Deputy Prime Minister has also required the Ministry of Planning and Investment to monitor and urge ministries, agencies, localities, economic corporations, and State-owned corporations to implement Decree No.81/2015/ND-CP and periodically gather togetherinformation publishedby State-owned enterprises and report to the Prime Minister.
According to Decree No.81/2015/ND-CP, State-owned enterprises must periodically publish information of enterprises on strategy development, the plan of business manufacturing and development investment in 5 years; the plan of annual business manufacturing, and development investment.

Besides, enterprises must publish assessment reports on the result of carrying out the plan of annual manufacturing in the most recent 3 years on the basis of the reporting year; the results of performing public duties and social responsibilities (if any); the arrangements, reforms of enterprises annually; the status of administration and organizational structure of enterprises, a 6-month financial report and annual report, and a report of salary and bonuses of the enterprises.
