Prime Minister requests inspection of enterprises once a year

Accordingly, the Prime Minister asked Ministries and agencies when developing an inspection plan, testing and auditing, they must actively cooperate with other agencies and seek consistency to ensure good organization of inspections, testing, financial auditing, and tax on enterprises once a year. There should be no duplication or overlap and they must inform publicly prior to inspection of the enterprise (except for special cases where violations have been detected violations and must comply with provisions of the law).

The Prime Minister did not ask to inspect or check when there are no grounds to do so prescribed by law.

When conducting an inspection, testing or auditing, authorities should not re-examine the issue or content that was concluded and closed by competent authorities previously. Also, they have to take fully responsibility under the law about the conclusions reached after inspection, testing and auditing.

The Government inspectorate will preside over and coordinate with the Ministry of Finance and relevant agencies to monitor and supervise the implementation.
