President Quang chairs rehearsal ahead of APEC 2017 Summit

President Tran Dai Quang stresses that the hosting of the APEC Year 2017 is an external focus of the country, demonstrating the active integration of the Party and the State of Vietnam and providing an opportunity for the country to strengthen multilateral diplomacy and to deepen bilateral relations with regional and international partners.
