Over $US 66 billion worth of imported goods from China and Korea

According to the General Department of Customs, through to October 2016, total export turnover value from China was $US 40.238 billion, while from Korea was $US 26 billion. These two markets continue to be the largest import markets of Vietnam.
With total value of turnover reached $US 66.238 billion, these above markets accounted for more than 47% of the total value of export turnover of the country to October (the country imported $US 140.655 billion).
Notably, while export turnover from China fell over the same period, the exported goods from Korea to Vietnam still maintained growth.

Specifically, compared with the same period in 2015, export turnover from China fell $US 576 million (equivalent to approximately 1.4%), while export turnover from Korea increased by $US 2.734 billion (equivalent to 11, 75%).
By the end of October, there were 8 imported products from China which reached $US 1 billion. The largest is machinery, equipment, tools and spare parts reaching $US 7.346 billion; next is telephones and components reaching $US 4.917 billion; computers, electronic products and components reached $US 4.761 billion, etc.
On the other hand, Korea supplied 5 groups of goods worth up to $US 1 billion. On the top are computers, electronic products and components which reached $US 7.258 billion; next are machinery, equipment, tools and accessories that reached $US 4.52 billion; phones was $US 3,035 billion, etc.
