Nearly 100% businesses nationwide carried out e-Tax declaration

VCN- According to the latest statistics  from the General Department of Taxation, as of 30th November, 631 thousands businesses used the e-Tax declaration service. Thus, thanks to the great efforts of the Tax sector, 99.82% of the total number of enterprises operating in the country uses this service.

99.82% of the total number of enterprises operating in the country carried out e-Tax payment

According to the General Department of Taxation, currently 616 thousands businesses have registered for e-tax payment (reaching 97.57%). From 1st January 2017 to the present day, a Tax revenue of VND 469 trillion has been contributed to the State budget through more than 2.7 million transactions of Tax payment.

The IT system of the Tax sector is also ready to implement the e-Tax declaration and payment for car and motorbike registration fees in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City. On this basis, the General Department of Taxation is completing legal framework to deploy e-Tax payment on a large-scale.

Regarding the implementation of e-invoice declaration of more than 200 businesses in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh ciy, until the end of November 2017, the Tax authority verified 5.33 million invoices with a tax amount of VND 3,247 billion.

Currently, the General Department of Taxation continuously studies the development of the accounting system for small and super small businesses; issues new policies and amends schemes and procedures related to tax payers in accordance with the plan. At the same time, promoting the development of applications to meet the requirements for deployment of new procedures and policies and amendment of policies to simplify administrative procedures and shorten the time of tax compliance.
